Synopsis



Meng Hao is a successful young billionaire and Chairman of Kun Peng Real Estate. He's the dream lover of many women in the city of Xing Hai, where our story unfolds. Anyone watched this? It's a drama from more than 2 years ago.



I'm actually a big fan of the main actor, Deng Chao. He's known as 'Prince' and tends to land leading roles as the emperor in period dramas. And he does a darn good job. I think that in itself speaks about his commanding prescence and charisma. He has the most captivating way of speaking. When he speaks, I feel myself being sucked into whatever scene he's acting in. I can't help myself; I just love hearing him speak haha~



Anyways, I haven't watched this yet because I tend to stay away from modern romance dramas from Mainland China. It's hard to explain why I stay away from modern dramas from mainland... It's not that they're bad. In fact, when I sometimes end up randomly watching some with my dad, I find myself tearing up at a lot of well done emotional scenes. Hmm...possibly, stories are always little dark and not something you watch to make yourself happy. Still, though I'm a big Chao fan, I couldn't really bring myself to watch one on my own.



But I've finally braved it! And so far, I'm glad I did.



I've only watched the first half and it seems pretty good.

The synopsis sounds a little cliche, but so far, it seems that the story has depth.
