Lotte Shopping will start Busan Lotte World 2 construction this month and it will be as planned a 107 floor building. And this time it's for real because the Busan city gov and Lotte came to an agreement about expanding the bridge lanes.



Now, unfortunately, Seoul's Second Lotte World, the one that looks like the Eiffel tower, was rejected this month by the Songpa f*cking authorities, again. The gov. said that the limit is 203 meters and won't approve a 555 meter building. Apparently Lotte will not abandon the project anyway because they think that the 555 meter is not a threat for aviation or against the law.
