Neowa (shingled) Barn



Bu geleneksel ahır muhtemelen 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında inşa edilmiştir. onun geleneksel çatyıı kaybetmesine rağmen, binanın geri kalanı oldukça antikadır. Ahır Taebaek dağların uzun kış aylarında ısı tasarrufu için kompakt yapıya sahiptirı, bölgedeki diğer evlerin tarzında ortaya atıldı. Neowa (shingled) Barn (likely built late 19th, early 20th centuries)

This traditional barn was probably built in the latter half of the 19th century. Although it has lost its traditional shingled roof, the rest of the building is quite antique. The barn is laid out in the style of other houses in the area, being compact to conserve heat during the long winters of the Taebaek mountains. The barn is currently still in use by an elderly farmer who continues to work the surrounding land. In the opinion of this author (Timothy M. Ciccone), the barn should be designated a protected historical site like other buildings in the area so that the unique legacy of Silli's houses can be passed along to the next generation.

This building is located about 150 meters behind the Mullebanga Mill.
